I do not understand the green vs red number? But I played it during an insomnia so that might just be me
I wish there was an option to lower the ambiant noise without making it harder to hear anomalies, it was giving me a headache so I had to stop ;-;

The green number is the number of unique anomalies you have yet to see, until you have solved them all they will not repeat.
The red number is the number of correct predictions in a row, you will need to reach 10 to win the game.
